Ragging is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found then punishment will be meted out to those who indulge in ragging. Anti-ragging committees have been formed with senior student representatives to deal with ragging expediously. Their name with phone numbers have also been communicated and it is available on the website as well
Aarya College of Medical Sciences is ragging free campus, still all these measures have been taken to ensure that the fresher's are able to pursue their studies without getting teased, insulted or in any way troubled by the seniors in the name of an obsolete, barbaric ritual. There are other committees as well in the college namely grievance committee and committees for SC/ST and OBC students. We also have anti gender committee, caste discrimination committee and placement committee as well.
